RIVER WATTS

Country Director

River Watts is responsible for the management and direction of NAFYM in DRC and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Its functions include operational planning, human resources, finance, advocacy, community relations and risk management. River Watts is renowned for her business acumen, leadership, analytical thinking and critical thinking skills. We are proud to have him at the head of NAFYM RDC.

MONICA NEIMUS

Operations Manager

Monica Neimus is a member of the management team. She supervises the production cycles of the services in the organization. The main objectives of his role are to ensure staff performance and internal customer satisfaction; oversee inventory management, budgeting, implementation of new technologies, quality assurance and financial management. Monica Neimus has deep analytical thinking, financial expertise and proven communication skills. As Operations Manager, she is an essential link in the management of the organization.

MORGAN JAMES

Morgan James is the Public Relations Champion at NAFYM DRC and her primary responsibility is to represent the organization to its audience. Program manager

Fundraising Manager

Kasima Amani joined NAFYM as Fundraising Manager. She is responsible for raising the necessary funds to support the mission of the organization.
